Host your event alongside leading companies during Hawaii's largest week of tech. Last year, 3,000+ attendees packed 50+ events across 25+ venues in Honolulu. Approved events are featured on the official Hawaii Tech Week calendar and shared with our community.

Hawaii Tech Week follows a distributed “unconference” model; events are independently hosted by leaders in the Hawaii and global tech ecosystem. Event hosts are responsible for planning, marketing, and covering any event costs, including their venues.

Please read the Event Host FAQ & Guide and Event Submission & Calendar before submitting an event. The 2026 submission deadline passed on July 31 and public submissions are closed; this form remains open by invitation for late additions, which are subject to review and may incur a $150 late fee. Event details can be updated after submission.
