Hawaii Tech Week

Hawaii Tech Week 2026: Event Submissions

Host your event alongside leading companies and organizations during Hawaii's largest week of tech. Approved events are featured on the official Hawaii Tech Week calendar and shared with the community.

Hawaii Tech Week follows a distributed “unconference” model — events are led and hosted by leaders in the Hawaii and global tech ecosystem, not by HTW or at a single location. Event hosts are responsible for planning, marketing, and covering all costs associated with their events, including venue space. Hosting an event does not constitute sponsorship of Hawaii Tech Week as an organization. Before submitting, please read the Event Host FAQ & Guide.

HTW does not charge a fee to event hosts, but adherence to our guidelines is mandatory, including calendar instructions and our Privacy Policy. The 2026 submission window is April 1 – June 30. Event details can be updated after submission. Events submitted after the window closes will incur a $150 late fee.
